Our dyeing processes ensures vibrant, long-lasting colours, with a blend of tradition and modern techniques for exceptional results. With the infusion of latest model of soft-flow machines Tecwin model from Fong’s we have improved our dyeing processes.
Thanks to FC-68 smart controllers, the dyeing processes are fully automated to ensure “Right first time”.
Our finishing processes combines mechanical and chemical treatments tailored to customer requirements and diverse needs. Two Monforts Montex-6500 8-Chambers stenters with full features including process control from Mahlo Germany to have automatic control on heat-setting and finishing processes.
With inclusion of latest 3 felt compactor from Santex Rimar which is first in India, Khanna Industries have taken big leap towards customer requirements and changing market needs. The machine is equipped with cutting edge WEKO system to ensure better shrinkages and hand feel.
